I connect people and I connect with people.
Whether it’s organizing a cross- culture creative workshop with Stanford d. School or leading teammates from 4 different countries to a business pitch championship, the superstar communicator in me always facilitates discussion and builds excellent team spirit.
I welcome and tackle challenges,
even under enormous time pressure. As co- founder of a user- centered design consulting team and part- time analyst at Boston Consulting Group, I am experienced in applying various problem solving methods to different needs, creating impact through insightful findings.
I tell stories,
about brands, products, and people. During my time as co- founder of Advintage, I created Facebook marketing campaigns, growing sales by 200%; at Ogilvy Public Relations, I executed online PR on China’s biggest social platforms, Sina blog and Xici Discussion Board.
I set out to find a way to show all you talent hunters how I can meet your needs.
INSTEAD, I found a story that I wanted to share with the world.

Behind The Story :
HOW I STUMBLED UPON THIS MOVING STORY
Behind Workerker : THE TEAM
It all started with my post on Facebook, seeking online marketing and website building talent for my digital job hunting campaign.
Little did I know that I’d eventually find a dream team made up of Jennifer (branding guru), Ben (online marketing expert), Yata (video and imagery master), and Wei- cheng (the ultimate web/ui designer). No kidding, super motivated and efficient, they are the best team anyone can wish for.
Behind Workerker : THE PLAN
My goal is to find a good boss and/or a good team, since I want to work with people who believe their work is creating value for society.
So after 2 weeks of brainstorming and strategizing, we came up with a plan to showcase my skills through accomplishing a 24hr mission voted by Facebook fans.
We decided to use Facebook as our marketing channel, this website as our platform, and a video as our product showcase.
Behind Workerker : THE EXECUTION
We had an execution time of 10 days, in which we had to gather missions, urge fans to vote for the final mission, and complete the mission within 24 hours.
Gathering more than 40 votes, my ultimate mission was to help the old “Gongguan Gum Man” sell all the gum in his suitcase within 24 hours.
It sounded challenging, but not impossible, so I was pretty excited. Little did I know that this mission would be nothing like what I imagined.
Behind Workerker : THE RESULT
Unexpected No.1: The Gongguan Gum Man didn’t show up that day. I’d asked him the day before if I could help him sell gum the next day, and he agreed happily, so that took me by surprise.
Unexpected No.2: The Gongguan Gum Man has the most inspiring reason for selling gum. (read his story here) I was so moved that I decided to not only sell gum, but make it my mission to share his story with the world and spread his love.
Unexpected No.3: I earned a revenue of approximately 4000 NTD within 1.5hrs, and told the Gum Man’s story to more than 50 people (not including the hundreds of passerby who read his story on the walls of the underground passage.) All proceeds will be donated to help children finish their education.
